I also spotted the first Japanese beetles of the season 😫 they were happily snacking on my roses and dahlias.

Kate and I are working tirelessly to get the garden ready for summer! 😆
✨This year will be a little different.. I will have YOU PICK dahlias, zinnias, sunflowers, celosia and cosmos. 🌻🌸
We will be a you pick flower farm and there will also be pre made bundles available to pick up.
I will keep you updated on open date and hours 😊

I have these three raised beds that have gotten a little away from me this week with the warm weather. I will not have a chance to pick them in time for tomorrow.
So, I am opening up 20 spots for YOU to come pick tomorrow only (Friday the 7th)

Ahhhh finally, the beginning of flower season 😍

It’s tulip time! BUT—
✨I am not currently taking any new orders for tulips, everything I have right now and for the next couple of weeks is spoken for✨

The weather was hard on these girls this year. The lack of cold temps this winter combined with the earlier than normal super warm temps is not ideal for tulips for cut flower purposes.
My first round of tulips all had a bit of frost damage. And this round have much shorter stems than they should.

Flower farming is fun 🤪😆

Garden roses, peonies, anemone, bells of Ireland, and so many more are all on deck with dahlias in the hole 😏🤭⚾️😍

I will keep any availability I have updated!

No flowers just yet, but there are so many things poppin their heads up around the garden.
