One of the biggest wedding timeline mistakes? Planning for the events, but forgetting everything that happens in between.

Moving guests, bustling your dress, transitioning spaces, getting dinner on the table, and finding a few minutes to actually enjoy it all.

Those little moments add up.

As a wedding planner, I build timelines around more than just the ceremony, portraits, and reception. I consider the logistics, the vendor team, and the experience you want to have throughout the day.

Because a beautiful wedding should feel just as good as it looks.

Your venue is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make early in the wedding planning process, and there’s a lot more to consider than whether you love how it looks.

Capacity on paper doesn’t always mean comfortable capacity.
The rain plan matters, especially in Oregon.
What’s included can completely change your overall budget.
Vendor access can impact what’s actually possible on the wedding day.
And your guests need to be able to comfortably experience the space, too.

A venue can be beautiful and still not be the right fit for the wedding you’re trying to create.

This is one of the reasons I love being involved early in the planning process. I can help you look past the pretty views and ask the questions you may not know to ask yet.

Jordyn & Evan you are a dream✨

One of my absolute favorite things is getting to be part of my friends’ weddings. 🥹🤍

So when Jordyn said, “You should totally come to my wedding,” of course I immediately called Rachel and said, “Soooo… if you don’t already have an assistant for the day, PICK ME!” 😂

And thankfully, her response was, “Oh my gosh, that would be so fun. Let’s do it!”

Getting to work alongside some of my favorite people to create such a special day for one of our favorite ladies was truly the sweetest. There’s something extra special about getting to step behind the scenes for a friend and watch someone you love marry the love of their life. 🥹

Jordyn & Evan, may your love continue to grow, your life always be full of laughter, and your marriage be even more beautiful than your wedding day. 🫶🏼

So grateful I got to be there for this one. 🤍
