At Suncrest Blooms, we specialize in artful, garden-style floral design for elopements, full-service weddings, and special events across the St. Led by floral designer Dawn Gross, our studio is known for creating florals that feel natural, romantic, and deeply personal — using seasonal, locally grown flowers whenever possible. These garden-inspired reception arrangements brought soft spring color to the warm, welcoming setting of Public School House. Ceramic bud vases, rust linens, and sage details made it all feel beautifully connected.

A lot of times, I’m asked what we mean when we describe our work as “garden-style.”

Since Suncrest Blooms was built from a love of nature—and, more specifically, a love of gardening—garden-style design feels especially personal to me.

It’s natural, imperfect beauty. A little whimsy. A thoughtful blend of color, varieties, textures, and movement.

Garden-style florals are meant to feel unstructured, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t intentionally designed. In fact, they’re designed very intentionally to feel as though they might have grown that way all on their own.

Airy rather than compact. Abundant without feeling heavy. A little wild, a little unexpected, and never too perfect.

Like something gathered straight from the garden.
