🚨 Employee Highlight #3 🚨

This week’s employee spotlight goes to the CEO, accountant, boss lady, dispatcher, and pretty much everything else around here — Emiley! ❤️

Born and raised in Laurel Hill, she’s a wife, mother of three, daughter, sister, and cousin to what feels like half of Crestview or went to school them. 😂

When she’s not working her full-time job as a Cyber Security Analyst for one of the biggest tech companies in the US, she’s handling all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Big E’s Bouncers moving.

Most of what she does never gets seen. She’s answering messages, managing bookings, handling paperwork, keeping the books straight, and making sure everything stays on track.

And if the delivery crew leaves something at the shop, forgets a cord, stakes, or paperwork, don’t worry — she’ll probably be loading up the minivan and bringing it to us. If you’ve ever seen a Fast & Furious version of a minivan flying through Crestview, there’s a good chance that’s her. 😆

Big E’s Bouncers wouldn’t be where it is today without her dedication, sacrifice, and countless hours behind the scenes. We appreciate everything you do, Boss Lady!

Next up in our Employee Highlight series is H.D., better known as Hayden! 💪

Hayden recently joined the Big E’s Bouncers team, and we’re excited to have him on board. As part of our delivery crew, he helps deliver, set up, and tear down inflatables all across the community, making sure every event is ready for fun.

When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him on the football field with the Crestview Bulldogs Football 🏈, cruising around in his truck, or finding the biggest mud hole he can drive through. If it’s muddy, Hayden is probably headed straight for it. 🚙💨

Even though he’s one of our newest team members, he’s already fitting right in and bringing a great attitude to the crew. We’re looking forward to seeing him grow with us both on and off the job.

We’re kicking off a new series where we introduce the awesome people who help make Big E’s Bouncers what it is!

Today’s spotlight is on J5, better known as Jaxson. 💪

Jaxson is a key part of our delivery crew, helping bring the fun by delivering and setting up inflatables all across the community. He’s always respectful, dependable, and never afraid of hard work.

When he’s not helping customers have an amazing event, he’s getting ready for his junior year of high school and suiting up for the Crestview Bulldogs Football football team. 🏈

Outside of football and work, Jaxson loves his truck, hanging out with friends, and spending time outdoors. If there’s a mud hole nearby, chances are he’s already found it. 😎🚙

We’re proud to have Jaxson on our team and thankful for the positive attitude he brings every day. Help us show J5 some love in the comments! 👏
