This Monday, Oct 30th, Mandala Market is selling Curry again. I am making another batch of Chicken plus a Tofu, mild yellow vegetable curry if anyone is interested in joining my small catering job. Can be served hot or cold for next day. Curry itself is gluten-free (vegan with tofu). Comes with 12 oz curry plus basmati rice and naan (or GF crackers) for $18.00 each (Senior discount $2.00 off) plus local tax.
Also on the Menu this week:
Oct 31st: Tuesday, Mannicoti (hot or for take and bake) with optional side salad and gelato.
Nov 1st: Wednesday, Garlic Shrimp with organic noodle alfredo with optional side salad and optional vegan lentil soup (soup may be sold separately)
Nov 3rd: Thursday, Chicken or blackbean burrito with potato, peppers and cheese (or dairy-free). (NOT gluten-free)
with optional avocado, tomato, basil, caprese salad

We can arrange pickup or delivery.
*Also, these foods can be heated on another day and good up to 7 days then freezing would be needed.

I make these foods for Colorado College and have extras this week.
