Terms and Conditions
All persons attending the sale, or purchase of merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Gray Estates and the Seller from any liability.
All items are sold “As Is” with all faults ALL SALES ARE FINAL meaning no returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Ken Gray and Associates may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the Auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Gray Estates Auctioneers or crew be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All descriptions are derived from sources believed to be correct but are not guaranteed.
When the Auctioneer says sold, Bidder assumes full responsibility for the merchandise. Everything MUST be paid for in full at the conclusion of the Auction. Payment shall be made by cash, credit card, Good Local Check or wire transfer. A 5% fee for Credit cards. No fee for Check, wire, or cash. Bidder agrees that under no circumstance will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card.
Buyers agree to register with proper ID prior to bidding. Bidder agrees to comply with any stated additional terms or conditions associated with particular items. The larger items or titled vehicles/items will only be removed after payment by wire, cash, or credit card. Checks must be cleared prior to title being transferred and possession. Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence of all previously printed material.
The Skid Loader will be used to load items by the seller after the sale. It will be available to be removed approximately two hours after the sale.
