Blessed Summer Solstice!! I’m deep into harvesting from my wild medicinal garden, and grateful for the longest day of the year— mainly because tomorrow we start moving towards the darker aka BETTER half of the year. Haha! Sunshine and butterflies are great and all, but I’m always ready for foggy days and bats. Seriously though, my garden is popping and the summer has been beautiful thus far! And the wheel turns…

I’ve been quiet in this space, not for lack of pictures to post or things to say, but because of the overwhelm of sooo much to post and say. I’m doing some massive shifting in my business as I’m also going through some massive personal life changes— discontinuing a lot of my products and hyper focusing on others, changing services and offerings, and so much more!

Blessed Ostara! The Spring Equinox is what I consider to be the beginning of the year… January 1st is still dead winter and certainly not when I’m feeling motivated to set intentions or really do anything besides sleep and read and eat soup in front of the fire! But the equinox- ah!- feeling Mother Earth re-awakening and the warmth of the sun as the seasons begin to change? It’s an exciting, invigorating time, and I am ready to plant seeds- both literally and figuratively! May the balance of the sun and moon remind us to seek balance in our lives, as well. ☀️ 🌖

St. Patrick’s Day is a weird holiday for me, since it essentially glorifies colonization, proselytizing and religious appropriation— yet we as a family still love to celebrate our Irish heritage, and the fact that Paganism lives on despite Maewyn Succat‘s attempts to drive out the snakes! It’s been a little over two years since we were in Ireland, but the pictures bring me right back to the rugged beauty of Inishmore, the charm of County Galway, the lure of Kildare, and the exhilaration of Dublin. We loved every moment exploring our heritage and the truly magical land that is home to the incredible strong, brave and resilient Irish people. Slainté!

With Daylight Savings Time behind me and the Spring Equinox just ahead, I’m starting to crawl out of the hermit hole I’ve been in for the past couple months. My family and I are feeling healthier than we have since December, and that emphasizes for me how truly important health is to our overall wellbeing. My passion for helping clients achieve better health has not waned- it’s just hard for me to get on the socials when I have sooooo many unfinished projects surrounding me (product labels, website updates, new product releases, TAXES, etc., etc), but I wanted to check in and say HI! I’m here. I’m trying to reign in my perfectionism and will have product updates soon along with some market pop-ups with the opportunity to shop with me in person. 🖤 Thank you for sticking around even when I’m quiet.

Valentine flowers from last year… I’m sad not to be offering floral arrangements this year, but maybe I can do some floral pop-ups later this spring to make up for it. Christmas Eve was so magickal- thanks to and Dan. 🖤 We are having a slow holiday break and it’s too perfect. My soul has needed this for a long while. There’s such a weird compulsion these days to share (over-share) everything we’re doing on social media all the time, like we need to show that we’re busy and doing things, or even to show that we’re not- and I don’t buy it. It feels desperate and frankly, exhausting. We don’t have to perform for others all the time, we don’t have to prove anything— winter is a time for rest, recuperation, and doing our own “inner work”— so I’m taking some time off the socials to do just that! Have a beautiful winter break, and Happy New Year!

Happy December!!! I hope everyone had a beautiful Thanksgiving week- I’m still in the UK with my family and the online shop remains closed until December 6th- thanks for bearing with me! I also have a pop up on the evening of the 6th in Whittier, so that’s the closest to L.A. I’ll be popping up this holiday season- check my stories for info.
