✨ **SET THE SCENE SUNDAY** ✨
This week’s feature: **Table & Chair Rentals**

Tables and chairs may not be the flashiest part of an event, but try hosting without them. 😉 They create the spaces where guests eat, visit, laugh, and stay awhile.

Our clean white tables and folding chairs provide a simple, versatile foundation for:

💍 Weddings and receptions
🎂 Birthday celebrations
🍽️ Family dinners and reunions
🤝 Corporate and community events
🎓 Graduation parties
🎉 Backyard gatherings

💡 **SET THE SCENE TIP:** Round tables encourage conversation and create a more social atmosphere. Rectangular tables work well for food service, gifts, displays, or maximizing seating in tighter spaces.

Not sure how many tables and chairs you need? Send us your event type, estimated guest count, date, and location. We’ll help you work through the basics.

📍 Serving Crawfordville, Sopchoppy, Wakulla County, Southern Leon County, and surrounding areas.

✨ **SET THE SCENE SUNDAY** ✨
This week’s feature: **Black-and-White Dance Floor Rentals** 🖤🤍

A great party needs a place where guests can let loose—and our classic black-and-white checkerboard dance floor makes that space impossible to miss. 💃🕺

Perfect for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, reunions, school events, and other celebrations, this portable floor creates a polished focal point while helping protect grass and other surfaces from heavy foot traffic.

💡 **SET THE SCENE TIP:** Size your dance floor for the number of guests likely to dance at one time—not your total attendance. A well-sized floor feels lively and inviting instead of empty.

From the first dance to the last song of the night, give your guests a dedicated place to make some memories.

Planning an event? Send us your **date, location, and estimated guest count** to check availability! 💜

📍 Serving Crawfordville, Sopchoppy, Wakulla County, Southern Leon County, and surrounding areas.

✨SET THE SCENE SUNDAY** ✨
This week’s feature: **10' × 10' Canopy Tents**

A little shade can make a big difference at an outdoor event—especially under the Florida sun! ☀️

Our 10' × 10' commercial-grade canopy tents are a simple, affordable way to create a more comfortable space for:

🎉 Backyard parties
🎂 Birthday celebrations
🛍️ Vendor booths
🍔 Food and beverage stations
🎁 Gift tables
🤝 Community and corporate events

Each canopy provides **100 square feet of covered space** and can be paired with our tables and white folding chairs to complete your setup.

💡 **SET THE SCENE TIP:** Position your canopy over the part of the event guests will use most—such as seating, refreshments, or food service—rather than placing it where it merely looks good.

Canopy rentals are **$35 each**, reserve one for a smaller gathering or several to create additional covered space.

📍 Serving Crawfordville, Sopchoppy, Wakulla County, Southern Leon County, and surrounding areas.

Ready to set the scene? Send us your **event date and location** to check availability! 💜

✨ Welcome to **Set the Scene Sunday!** ✨

Each week, we’ll share a featured rental, a practical planning tip, and a little inspiration to help you create an event worth remembering.

First up: our **20' × 30' white wedding tent**! 💍🤍

With 600 square feet of covered space, this tent creates a defined area for dining, dancing, celebrating, or simply escaping the Florida sun. Pair it with our white Lifetime round tables and folding chairs for a clean, classic setup you can personalize to fit your event.

💡 **SET THE SCENE TIP:** Your guest count isn’t the only thing that determines tent size. Tables, chairs, buffet service, entertainment, and a dance floor all require additional space.

Tent rentals start at **$450**, and availability is limited—especially during popular wedding and event seasons.

📍 Serving Crawfordville, Sopchoppy, Wakulla County, Southern Leon County, and surrounding areas.
