Waitaki River Pils!
This is a fun one.

Waitaki River Pils is a New Zealand-style Pilsner dry-hopped with a blend of New Zealand grown hops.

This Pilsner’s appearance can be deceiving – and features a moderate haze from the blend of a traditional grain bill with the addition of a bit of torrefied wheat – resulting in a softer mouthfeel we think complements this newer style. The result blurs the lines between Pilsner and IPA, and features bright, zesty citrus, stone fruit, and a zippy carbonation. 4.5% makes it the go-to during this heat wave!

Available in cans + on draft, let’s keep the weekend vibes going.

And for a treat, BellissimoBoards will be here for build-your-own charcuterie, and we’ll be slinging $5 hot dogs (while they last).
