I am planning to smoke salmon for Thanksgiving and Christmas! Please let me know if you might also enjoy one. I'll have them ready for pick up on Wednesday, November 24 & Thursday, December 23. Please text or call 217-722-2164. And don't forget to pick up cream cheese, crackers and red onion!

I am looking for event staff to work mostly weddings on Friday and Saturday evenings. I know every business everywhere is in the same boat! Please email me at [email protected] or call me at 217-497-3663 if you have a few hours here and there. It is mostly fun, hot (right now) work that involves some lifting. And the perk is lots of good food when you return to the kitchen for clean up!
