To our wonderful customers,

Thanksgiving is usually one of our favorite times of the year to prepare your holiday meals, sides, and desserts. However, due to our already full catering schedule, we will not be offering our traditional Thanksgiving menu for purchase this year.

While we'll certainly miss being a part of your Thanksgiving tables, we are incredibly grateful for the continued love, support, and trust you place in Southern Twist Catering Company.

October Birthdays Deserve a Little Extra Chocolate!

Another month, another birthday celebration at the office!

For October, I decided to embrace the fall season with a little autumn flair and a WHOLE lot of chocolate!

🤍 A Little Comfort During a Difficult Time

Some orders mean a little more than just preparing a meal.

Southern Twist Catering Company recently had the privilege of preparing a special bereavement meal delivery, thoughtfully ordered as a gesture of love and sympathy.

During times of loss, even the simplest everyday tasks can feel overwhelming. Sometimes, a warm, home-cooked meal is a small way to remind someone that they’re loved, supported, and not alone.

Let me start by saying, wedding cakes are NOT my thing! 😂

When the bride asked me to make a Hummingbird Wedding Cake, I told her upfront that wedding cakes weren’t exactly my specialty. But she trusted me anyway and asked me to create a small, two-tier cake for her special day.

And when a bride puts that kind of trust in you, you do your best to deliver! ❤️

So here she is! A two-tier Hummingbird Wedding Cake, made with love, a little nervousness, and a whole lot of prayer! 😂

I’m still not adding wedding cakes to my regular menu, but I’m pretty proud of how this one turned out!

The Drinks Were Flowing and the Party Was Going!

Alex & Matt's wedding was definitely a celebration to remember!

Southern Twist Catering Company provided a full bar experience, complete with b**r, w**e, premium spirits, and FOUR signature cocktails selected especially for the bride and groom!

And judging by the dance floor, the guests had an AMAZING time!

A HUGE thank you to Laura and Tiffany for holding down the bar, keeping the drinks flowing, and helping keep the party going all night long! You ladies did your thing!

Great drinks, great music, great people, and a whole lot of celebrating! That's how you do a wedding!

It's All in the Details!

At Southern Twist Catering Company, we believe your wedding should be a reflection of YOU, right down to the smallest details!

For Alex & Matt's wedding, we added a few personalized touches to make their special day even more memorable.

From the fishing ornaments tucked into the florals on our fruit and cheese display, to the custom bar cups made by featuring the Pilgrim initial and the couple's names, every detail was intentional.

We even created a special Smoked Peach Rum Barbecue Sauce just for the occasion and designed a custom bar sign featuring their signature cocktails and beverage selections!

Because for us, catering is about more than just serving delicious food. It's about creating an experience that reflects each couple's personality, style, and love story.

The food brings everyone together, but the little details make it unforgettable!
