Our newly renovated clubhouse and large riverside pool create a picturesque backdrop for any event. Established in 1954 on the Tchefuncte River. The Covington Country Club has evolved into a versatile events destination. Today, the property offers multiple event rooms, private bars, a luxurious bridal suite and spaces that can be tailored for weddings, family milestones, corporate meetings and holiday parties. Over the past seven decades the club has hosted more than 3,000 weddings and social events, and a 2020 renovation restored its clubhouse, pool and patio to state‑of‑the‑art condition with another renovation going on now in 2025 . The outdoor courtyard, cabana, pool and patio provide a relaxed atmosphere for al‑fresco receptions where guests can sip cocktails and celebrate beside a pool overlooking the tranquil Tchefuncte. For larger gatherings, the elegant ballroom seats up to 265 and includes tables and chiavari chairs, while the Dungeon Bar offers an intimate setting for up to 80 guests. A fully stocked poolside bar and grill with live music and recreational events adds to the club’s laid‑back charm. Every celebration is paired with contemporary Louisiana cuisine crafted by Chef Clint Burns, who sources fresh seafood and local produce. Our partnership with event designer Chloe Potter and her team at Glo Events ensures impeccable planning, décor and service. From sunset cocktail parties to elegant galas, The Covington Country Club is dedicated to creating unforgettable memories through curated hospitality and riverside beauty.
