Here is a look at the schedule Saturday.

Practice will run 10-3 sharp!

Closest to the pin will start at 3 tee off is at the top of the finish line to the start straight. This will go til 5 pm 1 dollar a ball split the pot.

Pit bike flat track 5-7ish in the start straight pending entries we will have qualifiers if needed entry 5 bucks winner takes entire pot.

Bonfire at 8 we will have a limited supply of smore materials for the kids.

Raffle will be all day into Sunday not needed to be present to win. Drawing at intermission on Sunday.

Bake sale all day Saturday

Sugar Mountain Trailer will be onsite Saturday and Sunday for your sweet refreshments make sure you pay those ladies a visit.

Swine-O-Mite BBQ LLC and Sugar Mountain will be here Sunday.

One last thing so everyone knows show the butcher John Beverage some love now til the end of the year as he announced this will be his last year at the track we love and appreciate everything he does.

Good evening everyone. As you know we have a very important event this weekend that I hope everyone can attend. But I need to address one thing the prices on the flyer are wrong. To make it affordable for spectators we are going to a different scale below are the prices for the weekend and gate fees will remain the same til season end.
Friday- 20 dollars per person under four is free this covers all weekend.
Saturday- 10 dollars for the day 20 for Saturday Sunday per person same four and under free. T
Sunday- 10 dollars four and under free.
Mini moto parents please let our gate volunteers know if you are here for mini moto as it is a different waiver you need to sign per our agreement with Westfair.
Race class prices will be posted at sign up all normal classes will be 40 but the fun classes will be a different amount.

🔥 Barbecue Contest – Saturday, October 10 🔥

Anyone interested in participating in the barbecue contest will need to pay a $20 deposit to Brett’s Venmo by Wednesday, October 7.

🥩 Pork pickup:
Friday, October 9, from 6:00–8:00 PM at the sign-in building.

💵 Contest fee:
Upon arrival on Saturday, October 10, participants will pay an additional $20.

All money collected will go into the prize pot. Half will go toward the benefit, and half will go to the winner of the barbecue contest.

Practice is out of the question still to muddy

Right now if it does not rain over night we will have a prepped practice ten to three tomorrow obviously a lot of moisture in the ground the track will be excellent. I will have a confirmation at 7.

So clearly Mother Nature is bi polar or the weather men/women need to figure out their jobs. If the track is ridable tomorrow is there any interest in a prepped practice tomorrow?
