Men…listen up!

We are excited to announce the launch of one of our newest endeavors with some friends from the Loess Hills in and around Missouri Valley, Iowa! It involves a fair amount of BACON…so you should probably consider checking it out…

Welcome to Gong!

Gong is a simple concept…a meal and a conversation…with ZERO agenda.

People who say “there’s no such thing as a free lunch” are obviously unaware that free breakfast is ABSOLUTELY a thing!

Based on one of our core concepts…the idea of intentionally enjoying “supper with strangers” (well…in this case…breakfast) is a driving force behind our passion for bespoke hospitality.

Our meal (and accompanying conversations) will be held at “The Center” in Missouri Valley, IA (on the southeast corner of 4th and Huron…right next to the public library) once a month.

Gong will be a monthly meal and conversation for men from any and every background. We know for a fact that when you get a group of strangers around a table…eating real SLOW FOOD that was truly prepared with Love…good things happen.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Gong and cannot wait to see what comes from it.

2026 will bring the launch of a good handful of projects and partnerships for SWS. Some of these are brand new ideas that we’re just ITCHING to show off…others have been marinating for a hot minute and that “low and slow” process was key in their (or…maybe more importantly…OUR) being ready for this next season.

We believe that TRUE bespoke hospitality is an “all hands on deck” affair. Resolutely showing love to all whom we don’t know (and continuingly showing it to those we do) is our Way. This means we don’t ascribe to just one brand, or style, or location, or any other label or category. We are more than a company, we are a movement…and we invite you to join us in that journey. Bring a fork…
