What a busy season it has been, and it’s doing nothing but getting busier!
I am SO thankful!

With a busy schedule, I have to do a little bit of housekeeping 🤪

A few things to remember as of August 1, 2025.
✨NO installs on Sundays! Pickups available in Pickwick!

✨50% non-refundable fee is required to book and secure your date. No balloons will be ordered without this deposit.

✨the remaining balance is due the day before your install or pickup!

✨ Balloons will not be installed in direct sunlight.

✨ Outdoor installs are weather-sensitive. Please have a backup indoor option if possible!

✨ After installation, Balloons by Olivia is NOT responsible for any damage or movement to the balloons.

✨ Orders placed with less than 10 days’ notice may be subject to a rush fee of $75 for installs or $25 for pickup option.

✨ Please ensure your install area is clean and clear upon arrival to avoid delays & props are ready for balloon installation.

✨No orders will be confirmed without filling out the required order form (link in comments & in bio)

September marks 5 years of Balloons by Olivia.. something that started so small and with 0 clients & 0 experience.. just so I could stay at home with my baby, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Whether you’ve booked with me once or ten times, THANK YOU for letting me be part of your celebrations, milestones, and magical moments. Your support means the world to me — and I’m so excited for what’s to come! My goal is to do all the work & bring the color & magic to your event!
