‼️Big Mike's BBQ ‼️ Saturday and probably Sunday i will be selling pollos al carbon. Marinated in red Adobe sauce all night and grilled over mesquite. With mexican rice and my boracho beans with sausage, bacon, cilantro,mexican chorizo, pork cracklins and other good stuff in them. More info and pricing coming. Stay tuned lol

So with super bowl rite around the corner im putting some bundles together for you to serve at your super bowl parties!! Ideas so far are some chopped brisket sliders,texas twinkies,pig shots ,hot cheetos stuffed pork tenderloin ,and some bite size brisket cheese and jalapeño potato bites. Like the giant papas asadas i make but bite size.and im not limited to this if you think it ill cook it. Im working on price and bundle size now.
