Saucyscatering Saucy’s Catering Saucy’s Catering and Cooking was founded by Luciana McKeown in January 2007.

Since its inception, Saucy’s has delivered consistently excellent food and personalized service for events throughout the Texas Hill Country. Known mainly for her traditional Northern Italian cuisine learned at the side of her native Italian mother, Luciana also provides a wide array of delicious appetizers and scrumptious desserts in addition to entrees such as enchiladas, steaks, fajitas, and fi

sh; all enhanced by her flavorful original sauces. As her tag line proclaims, “It’s all about the sauce!”

In 2010 Saucy’s partnered with Rock’n G BBQ, owned and operated by Lance Gray, to offer the best Texas BBQ in the Hill Country. Like Luciana, Lance shares a passion for cooking beef, chicken, pork, venison and fish, and has developed his own marinades and rubs to deliver mouth-watering meats every time.
