A few weekends ago we catered an early evening wedding where the bride and groom chose to serve heavy appetizers. Guest grazed on buffalo chicken dip during the cocktail hour and once the reception began, guest were greeted by pulled pork sliders, chicken and waffles, and a Mac & Cheese Bar. They also added sweet tea, unsweet tea, and lemonade as non-alcoholic option.
