We returned to the beautiful Five Palms in Bethpage on Thursday evening. The warm weather was perfect for cocktail hour in the greenhouse and on the outdoor patio. Guests enjoyed a selection of tortilla chips, queso, homemade salsa, and homemade guacamole.

The bride and groom chose a taco bar for dinner, which is always a popular choice. The menu included:

• seasoned ground beef
• black beans
• Mexican street corn salad
• a range of toppings, including fresh guacamole and homemade salsa

In addition, we were asked to create desserts for the groom's table, which included brownies, red velvet cupcakes, mini Biscoff cheesecakes with a cookie butter drizzle, brownie trifle, and banana puddings cups.

Who else’s July seemed to fly by?! We had a busy month in the kitchen but also downtime to soak up summer with friends and family and recharge for a huge tradeshow we do as well as get ready for the busy weeks ahead!

Enjoy the snapshots we grabbed, as you can see Italian was one of our main features but we also catered a burger bar for an evening wedding in the middle of a Peach Farm. It was quite magical once the storms moved out!
