Last Thursday we divided and conquered. One of the events we catered was for the TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center Service Awards Banquet. What an honor it was to serve those who have dedicated their lives to healthcare and their families!

Cocktail Hour:

Assorted Cheeses, Crackers, and Fresh Fruit

Dinner Menu:

• Cheese Tortellini with Garlic Alfredo and Chicken
• Cheese Stuffed Shells with Marinara
• Ceasar Salad or Garden Salad

This past Saturday we provided dinner for the Junior and Senior Banquet at Welch College. They were such a respectable group of young adults and it was such a fun evening to be a part of!

What a privilege to be asked to set up a Garden Tea Party themed food display for His Children Foundation last night! The work they are doing to further the kingdom of God while making sure no foster child feels unloved or unseen is so inspiring. Saturday night we headed west to Events at Tranquility for a beautiful wedding. A little (okay, maybe a lot) rain and thunder couldn’t stop the happy couple from saying their vows and celebrating with their closest friends and family. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your sepcial day!

Who loves some good mashed potatoes? We do and so do your guest but if you really want to impress them then a mashed potato bar is where it’s at! Guest can eat them plain or load them up to their liking.

Ask about the other options we have to set up specialty bars such as a Mac and cheese bar or sliders.

Now that I’ve grabbed your attention with an egg-cellent pun, we have another corporate to share! We love getting to head to GNAA twice a month for luncheons.

Last week’s menu consisted of Poppyseed Chicken, Hashbrown Casserole, Baked Apples, Hawaiian Rolls, and Tom’s famous Brownies.
