Hey everyone! Our season start with the South Valley Farmers Market Saturdays has been incredible, and we thank you for all the support as we continue to grow our dream into this amazing reality.

This Saturday, June 8th, we will not be set up at the South Valley Farmers Market. We will return with our signature hot dogs, refreshing Cherry Thymeade, and some amazing specials on Saturday June 15th. We look forward to continuing this amazing partnership with this community.

It's Thyme for the Gran Mondo in honor of the Gran Fondo! 1/4 lb all beef dog topped with local favorite restaurant Jack Sprats signature sauerkraut, grilled sweet onions and yellow mustard.

Our Soup Du Jour today is Veggie Protein Stew: Hearty Lentils and Quinoa with mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery, and tomatoes in a savory broth seasoned with fresh herbs.

Come see us Downtown Cottage Grove on Main and 7th at the South Valley Farmers Market . Serving up our ever popular Hot Dogs, Soups, and fresh squeezed Thymeade. We'll be at the Market until 2pm today. Hope to see you soon!

In our small community, we have learned the true value of the question "What's in a name?"
Rediscovering our identity, our name change to 'It's Thyme to Eat' reflects this enlightening experience and has rejuvenated our sense of direction.
