Available soon, Lovage seedlings!
Lovage, or Angelica, is a gorgeous perennial for your garden. The ribs of the leaf stalks can be used to season teas, or be candied by cooking in a sugar syrup.
It is a beautiful, fresh addition to your Iced tea, and is a diuretic, relieving flatulence, and can help as an expectorant.
The entire plant is useful from the roots to the flowers.
🌺 while these claims haven’t been confirmed by the FDA, the plant has been used both for culinary and medicinal purposes for centuries.
Keep an eye on the Farm Stand and grab your seedlings while supplies last!

Happy Earth day! With the turmoil of these long days, Kellen finds solace in her greenhouse and garden.
This gorgeous evening, she’s potting up her camas seedlings. A few will go to the Farm Stand for sale to the public, others will be planted in the fields, to create a source of sustinence for future years.

I got my dill in the ground, there’s still some six-packs of dill left at the Coast Fork Public Market. Grab them up before I pull them Wednesday to plant at thé Flower House. Now is the time to Dill Baby Dill!
Get it in the ground before it’s root bound, and it will grow in time for your pickle harvest!

Umpqua Beauty tomatoes in gallons coming soon to the Coast Fork Public Market!
These are determinate plants that need a little support, they produce large, delicious slicing tomatoes that are super beefy with few seeds.
I have made sauces from them as well!

We’re selling direct to the public select ornamental and nutritious plants at the Coast Fork Farmstand in Cottage Grove on the corner of the Highway 99 and Main Street this year.

Kellen’s Flower House is getting ready for spring! We are expanding our line of seedling offerings to select perennial vegetables that also look pretty as well as a very limited selection of annual vegetables.
Our herb and flower selections will increase the pollination in your victory garden.
We won’t be doing monthly plant sales on the farm this year, but our entire line will be available at the Coast Fork Farm Stand starting in a few weeks!
