The OC Fair & Event Center Board of Directors proudly proclaim May as Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AANHPI).

This special declaration was presented to Dongwoo Joseph Pak. We celebrate Mr. Pak’s leadership and dedication to the Orange County Korean War Memorial Monument in Fullerton, honoring the 36,591 U.S. service members who sacrificed their lives during the Korean War. His continued service and lifelong commitment to the community reflect the values of remembrance, unity, and civic duty.

The proclamation was presented by Director Natalie Rubalcava-Garcia, representing both the OC Fair Board of Directors and the 32nd District Agricultural Association.

The OC Marathon Running Festival is back this weekend, May 2-3! Before you hit the road, please note the following road closures near OC Fair & Event Center:

- Northbound, Fairview Road from Fair Drive to Arlington Drive
- Southbound, Fairview Road from Pirate Way to Fairview Drive
- Westbound, Merrimac Way from Harbor Boulevard to Fairview Road

⚠️ Plan ahead and anticipate delays! On Saturday, May 2 closures will be in effect from 4 to 6:30 p.m. for the 5K, and on Sunday, May 3 from 4 a.m. to noon for the half and full marathons.
