Parties by H. I have always believed that every good party begins with heart and soul, and ends with people dressed in wigs and going home in cabs.

I am not someone who follows any specific set of rules. I love color, texture, meaningful treasures, unique themes and the art of the personal touch. To really pull off a successful event, it should be detailed, vibrant, interactive and leave people feeling special and cared for. I try to accomplish this with my own personal soirees and strive to bring this same attention to detail to your next event. Call me to see how I can help!

I had the honor of doing my sister's informal backyard wedding at the home of my parents in Yorba Linda. The theme was "A Few of Our Favorite Things," which included everything from hippos and owls to Southpark, Breaking Bad, pirates and UCLA, all things that are near and dear to Katie and Luis. Having a party or just planning for summer pool days? Create Pre-made Ziplock bags of blended margaritas and store in the freezer. The mixture never fully freezes because of the alcohol so they maintain their texture. Voilà! Just grab as needed, pour in a pitcher and serve. Your guests will wonder how you ever found the time to blend margaritas without making a mess in your kitchen or breaking a sweat. Enjoy!
