Designed to feel like we were celebrating under the stars. ✨

We wrapped the reception in black velvet draping, then softened the room with pink and white details and layers of mirrored accents designed to catch every bit of light from the twinkle-light ceiling above.

Dark, romantic, a little dramatic, and completely transformed once the lights went down.

This is exactly why we'll never get tired of a fully draped reception.

We changed up what a traditional reception looks like for A & J—and we loved every second of it.

Instead of a formal seated dinner, we created a cocktail-style gathering designed around exactly what they wanted their night to feel like: relaxed, social, and full of movement.

Guests could grab a bite, order a drink, find a cozy spot to lounge, catch up with friends, and actually enjoy the party without being tied to a seat all night.

Eat, drink, mingle, and be happy. 🥂

This year has given us the chance to plan and produce so many special events—and none of it happens without my Mele Amore team. 🤍

It’s kind of crazy to think that my associates, lead planners, and day-of assistants have been my ride-or-dies for 8+ years. In an industry where event days are long, timelines change, and you truly have to be able to trust the person standing next to you... I don’t take that for granted for a second.

Weddings, corporate events, celebrations—we show up, figure it out, and get it done together. Every. Single. Time.

We surely have something special here, and I’m incredibly proud of the team we’ve built over the years.

And not pictured: the rest of my amazing army who are always ready to jump in and make the magic happen. 🫶
