nically after providing our services for our friends dinner parties. From there we have been fortunate enough to diversify ourselves in the culinary business via high end dinner parties, large corporate gatherings, meal prep, and wine paired cooking classes. From a romantic chef prepared dinner for two, to a large corporate gathering we can take care of any and all culinary needs. Food is what drives us, and the quality, passion, and drive shows through each and every savory bite. Creating experiences one table at a time.

Our 7th year participating in Table for Ten Culinary Event at the Irvine Marriott to raise money for the Saddleback College Culinary Arts Program. Our guests were immersed and welcomed to “A Night at Wuthering Heights” one of the best films in the last 5 years from the set design, to costumes and cinemotagrpahy. Our table and menu was a BIG hit! From the welcome champagne tower provided by Katie of French Towers and bubbly provided by , to caviar bumps and a thoughtfully curated 7 course meal prepared by Chef Brandon Hall and Chef Zack Soares. Thank you to our table rentals sponsor Baker Party Rentals and floral designer Cheimi. We even put our 14 year old son Dylan to work this year and he had the best time. He said, “Thanks so much Mom for bringing me, I loved it!”

A sushi and raw bar station….say less! 🍣🍱 Your guests will surely be impressed with our interactive sushi experience ranging from made to order hand and cut rolls, sashimi and omakase experiences. Our cold sushi case holds ingredients that are carefully sourced locally and from Japan which are prepared with precision, resulting in dishes that are both delicate and bursting with incredible flavors that will leave a lasting memory for your special event. Our raw bars overflow with oysters, crab claws, lobster, shrimp and more🔥

Last night we celebrated the grand opening of the newly remodeled property with under the stars and skyline of South Coast newest luxury high rise living. Our interactive roaming caviar model with osetra caviar provide by was a huge hit, as well as our interactive chef experience in one of units where Chef Zack prepared a hamachi crudo dish for guests enjoyment. Planned and designed by , and brand was experienced from the ice luge created by , to the espresso martinis crafted by to tie in the espresso color palate of . Guests also sipped on cocktails sponsored by .
