Why We Built VendorLoop

VendorLoop wasn’t built in a boardroom.

It was built in the middle of real vendor chaos.

It came from:
Missed emails.
Scattered documents.
Vendors asking the same questions over and over.
Trying to track payments in one place and applications in another.
Trying to verify people manually.

We kept asking ourselves:

Why isn’t there one clean system for this?

Not another Facebook group.
Not another spreadsheet template.
Not another inbox folder.

A system.

So we started building the one we wished existed.

VendorLoop is still growing.
Still evolving.
Still being shaped by real feedback.

But the mission has never changed:

Bring structure, trust, and clarity back to vendor events.

We believe organized events create better experiences for everyone — hosts, vendors, and communities.

And that’s worth building.

There’s something no one talks about in the event world.

Event hosts/organizers carry a LOT.

We’ve been there.

Here’s what’s new (or improved!) for vendors:

• Event Scorecard – Rate and track events after you attend them
• Track things like:
• Overall rating
• Setup experience
• Electricity & WiFi reliability
• Booth fee vs sales range
• “Would you do this event again?”
• Scorecards are private to you and meant for your own planning
• Improved event details (indoor/outdoor, electricity, tables/chairs, WiFi, etc.)
• Better organization for recurring or repeat events
• Opportunities (formerly “leads”) to track events you might want to apply to later

Create a scorecard, edit it, and tell us what fields you wish existed or didn’t.
