🪣 Paint Away Hunger

1 in 6 people in Cortland County rely on SNAP to afford groceries. When SNAP benefits are delayed, families run out of food before the month ends, which causes a sudden surge in demand at local food pantries, often faster than donations come in.

We’ve made our donation to begin the bucket here at Parkside Villa. If you’re visiting this month, non-perishable items are appreciated and will go directly to the CAPCO Food Pantry.

As the holidays approach, let’s embrace the season of giving. We’re grateful to join Joseph Rivers Painting, along with many other local businesses in our community!

We have many varied classes teaching skills such as woodworking, painting, faux finishing, furniture refinishing, film making, music, photography, creative writing, and even meditation and yoga! You can register to TAKE a class or contact us to propose YOU TEACHING here! What skills do you have to teach our community? Our 1,400 sq. ft. collaborative classroom space lends itself to many uses!

In addition to being a classroom, the Owego Street Makery is available to rent as a venue! The eclectic industrial vibe here is the perfect backdrop for your corporate event, party, reception or even for small music or theater performances. You are only limited by your imagination!
