Taking a look back, never really told many people about this book.
**Exciting News! I’m Featured in a New Book – *The Farmer Boy Chef***
I’m honored to be included in *The Farmer Boy Chef*, a remarkable book featuring 111 chefs who grew up in the countryside and transitioned to city life. Thank you, Thailand, for recognizing me! This book shares stories of chefs worldwide, and I’m proud to be part of it.
Here is an excerpt from my section in the book, which highlights my journey in hospitality:

**Chef Lincoln Bias**
Lincoln Bias grew up in the small town of Spencer Township, Ohio, where his high school graduating class had only 13 students. From age five, Lincoln was passionate about cooking, often pulling up a chair to the counter to cook for his siblings.
His culinary journey took him to Alaska, where he prepared gourmet salads and began exploring the art of fruit and vegetable carving. Inspired by the work of Bang On Roulette, Lincoln honed his skills in carving and eventually taught the art form himself. His talents also led him to work on the Yukon River, cooking for Samaritan’s Purse volunteers, all the while refining his unique craft.
Today, Lincoln is the host of the TV show *Creative Carving with Lincoln*, based in Cortez, Colorado, where he teaches the local community the art of Kae Sa Lak (fruit and vegetable carving). His artwork has since expanded to include intricate soap carvings, and his creative vision continues to evolve.
Lincoln’s philosophy is that "food is art, fusion, and fashion." Whether he is cooking or carving, he is always creating something special.

Proceeds from this book will go toward teaching young men in rural Thailand how to work in hospitality, supporting the next generation of culinary talent.
