More pictures from the Valley Fire Department's Christmas Party last night. Doesn't it look delicious?
We made chicken and ground beef for tacos with lettuce, cheese, cilantro, jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, limes, avocado, sour cream, and 3 different salsas for the toppings. The sides were cilantro lime rice and southwest corn.
We also made BBQ chicken and pulled pork for BBQ sandwiches with homemade macaroni & cheese, corn, and potato salad as the sides. We offered honey bbq, sweet & spicy, and Carolina style sauces to make the sandwiches even more tasty!
Finally for dessert, you know cause everyone loves this part, we made peach and mixed berry cobblers, Grandma's chocolate cake, apple crisps, muddy buddies, and our signature cookies!
