A few new creations for boxed lunches!

Excitingly, today we begin our week by preparing a delicious meal for our dear friends at Citgo Refinery. NO COLD SANDWICHES for this group! Instead we're cooking up a meal that pairs well with a hearty appetite in this cool weather! Our very own Italian style slow cooked Pot Roast.
We serve this tender and delicious entrée with a few side options including home style garlic and butter mashed potatoes. Fresh long cut green beans with crushed Italian seasoning and roasted red peppers.
For dessert. ..........Our home made Banana - Rama pudding made with Nabisco vanilla wafers, Ripe bananas and Cool - whip topping!

This week's special is our own Home style sweet basil Meatloaf! This creation is similar to an old fashion recipe only we had a hint of a few fresh ingredients like freshly chopped sweet basil! A must try for those who love a nice heart and tasty meal. Pairs great with freshly mashed potatoes, our own Catalina blended vegetables, fresh spring mix salad, hot baked rolls and choice of dessert.
