Ah, sargassum season — when the beach decides to grow its own s**g carpet. Thick, squishy, suspiciously smelly, and full of secrets. Is that a shell? A crab? Your lost flip-flop from last summer? Who knows. Sargassum: nature’s way of reminding you that the ocean has zero chill.

Trying to stroll through it feels like walking across a kelp lasagna. Driving through it? That’s a gamble your undercarriage didn’t agree to. And let’s not forget that special scent — a delightful blend of dead sea and regret. It clings to your feet, your beach towels, and sometimes... your soul.

But don’t cancel your coastal dreams just yet. Third Coast Beach Events is here with rakes, shovels, and other tools in hand, ready to slap that seaw**d back where it came from. We’ll carve out your perfect beach zone, free of suspicious squelching, so you can get on with the good stuff — like bonfire bashes, graduation parties, date nights that don’t smell like low tide, or even an impromptu “I do” with salty air and zero seaw**d surprises.

Sargassum might show up uninvited like that one cousin at family BBQs, but we don’t let it stick around. We clean, we prep, we set the scene so you can soak up the vibes, not the sludge.

Because while sargassum may be thriving, your beach plans should too. Let us handle the mess — you just show up and let the good times roll (not squish).

Side note: Sargassum and other sea w**d is actually good for our beaches and our dunes. PLEASE, don't walk in it, as it does tend to hide secrets from the deep. Portuguese Man O'Wars and other surprises that sting and bite could be hiding underneath the smelly, decaying, unsightly sight. And it's really not safe to drive over either, as sargassum has been known to hold sharp, and blunt, objects that could severely damage your vehicle or golf cart!
