McArdle Center, Corpus Christi's newest small event center!

We are just the place for your bridal or baby shower? Also available for dinners and small parties. A great place to hold your home product parties, trunk shows and trainings !

We have several small offices for rent. Ideal for home based businesses needing some professional office space to meet customers, show merchandise or hold meetings or trainings.

Prime location on McArdle across from Burlington Coat Factory. Building has kitchen, break room and small breakout rooms...

Rates depend on number of square feet needed, whether you need permanent (like for a small office) or temporary space (like for a meeting or party).

The building is 2500 sq feet but currently 700 is already rented. 1800 sq ft are available. Remember, in addition to the party/conference room, we have small offices about 10x10 and 2 about 12x12.

The large meeting/party room is about 1050 sq ft. Rental includes tables and chairs. There is also a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
