Oh yeah! Delish!

Happy Friday Portland TX! Have you tried our Spinach Feta kolache? We toss spinach with feta, parmesan & seasonings, place it atop our mozzerella baby swiss blend, then garnish with grated pecorino romano. Get one today paired with Chef Zelina's Tomato Basil Soup in today's lunch special. $9.

Breakfast goes until 10am or sold out then lunch starts at 11am.

All-Day Kolaches (brisket, spicy brisket, pulled pork & all beef kiolbassa sausage wrap)

Soups - all beef chili, poblano chowder, tomato basil

Come on and grab a fantastic lunch!

Good morning Portland TX! We've got hot and fresh breakfast kolaches in the house right now as well as all-day savory kolaches, fruit kolaches and cream cheese kolaches. Breakfast goes until 10am or sold out then lunch starts at 11am.

Today's lunch special is Chef Zelina's Tomato Basil soup with grilled cheese focaccia, choice of bottled tea or Maine Root soda and a mini lemon strawberry pie $12.

Yes! We have an amazing crew, ready to get you some delicious food!

We just wrapped up the second week of our soft opening and we have LEARNED. SOME. THINGS!

Based on your feedback and our production schedules, we have made the following menu adjustments.

We are:

* Adding a jalapeño pig-in-a-blanket 🌶

* Adding deluxe fruit kolaches. Our fruit kolaches contain a GENEROUS amount of filling for the perfect filling to bread ratio. They are then topped with streusel and additional toppings for maximum deliciousness 😋

* Keeping the All-Beef Chili & award winning Poblano Chowder and made room for a rotating soup or soups of the day. 🍲

* Rotating chicken salad types. From smoked, curried, and fruit & nut, we will feature different types throughout the week. 🐔

* Changing the pie selection to a seasonal rotation 🥧

* Adding a daily lunch special 🍽

We are so excited about these next steps and look forward to announcing our GRAND OPENING very soon!

Fresh made Kolaches! Fantastic dough made from scratch daily, house smoked brisket, fluffy delicious egg filling. All delicious! We are getting ready to serve!
