Poetry in Parks is coming to the Alhecama Theatre on Saturday, April 12! Bring the family to enjoy an afternoon of creative literacy in the form of poetry, music, and storytelling. This free and family-friendly event will feature students, poet laureates, Flamenco dancers, and other local organizations performing their provocative and inspirational experiences.

Poetry in Parks is funded by Arts in California Parks, a new program that supports artists, culture bearers, California Native tribes, and communities in creating art that offers perspective on our past and present.
