In 1959 Ted's father came down from Canada and purchased the Fred Week's Farm. The family raised dairy and beef cattle until his passing in 1992. Ted and Jane decided to work the land by raising vegetables on a 20 acre portion of the property. Over the last 20 years they have planted a variety of garden vegetables which are sold in their farm stand and now also distributed to 5 local stores. In th

e spring of 2018 their niece asked if she could get married in the corn field and have the reception in the barn. With a lot of hard work; cleaning the barn and making a ceremony spot Ted has named "Chapel Hill", she was married on August 20, 2018...and that was the beginning of Poulin Farm Red Barn Venue.
2020 has been a busy year here at the Red Barn Venue. We have made many improvements in preparation for a great year ahead! We now have a beautiful new 24'x 60' wooden dance floor and the surrounding areas in the barn have newly poured concrete. The installation of new lighting and barn doors add to the improvements. Chapel Hill, our ceremony spot was newly landscaped with a beautiful stone wall and grass area. We are very excited to have the calendar filling up with events scheduled in 2021, with dates still available.

We are so excited for Season 2025ā€¦ First project of many completed.. Each season, there is always something new we like to add.

Currently there are three weekends in July thatā€™s available. 2026 booking up fast and started booking for 2027.
