Hello friends!! I want to start off by thanking everyone who has ever supported and/or continue to support me and Eating Your Heart Out Yum LLC. As most of you know, I try my best to offer freshness and the highest quality of food & services at the lowest prices possible. It has unfortunately come to a point that I will be forced to increase prices of meals and services. With the continued increase of not only food prices, materials have also increased tremendously. With current prices, I am nearly breaking even instead of making a profit. Although I deeply enjoy giving back to my community, my family also relies on me to provide for them. Thank you for understanding that this was a long thought out announcement, but also a necessary step to take. Blessings ๐Ÿ™Œ

Thank you to EVERYONE who purchased a seafood boil today!!! I was able to donate over $600 to the children's events hosted by the Local 1000! Proceeds will go to support the annual Halloween and Christmas events as well as the new Scholarships to local graduates for college - all open to the public! What an amazing turn out!!

Chicken tacos / mushroom tacos (cooked in homemade sofrito, achiote (annotto), adobo, saลบon, granulated garlic); topped with corn salsa, cilantro, red onion, green onion, cotija cheese, queso fresco cheese, and Mexicana crema, salads topped with all of the above with tomato & cucumber added (side of lime, salsa, sofrito, and chipolte ranch).

Just a quick update, to all weekly customers, I will be implementing a contract to include a minimum 5 day notice for any meal cancelation for upcoming meals. Any cancelations after the required time frame will be charged a cancelation fee of $50. If your meal has been agreed upon and shopped for, then you will be responsible for the invoiced amount. I understand that things happen, and I'm truly understanding. Thank you for understanding that this is my source of income and MY means of feeding my own family. As always, I sincerely appreciate all your support! โค๏ธ

I'm looking to try something different on weekly meals. I am currently at the hall 1 day a week with an occasional 2nd day. I currently offer family meals, but here's what I'm looking at:
1. Weekly individual meals via pre-order/pre-pay
2. Family meal options via chef pic (kind of like what popular meal delivery services provide). This would also be pre-order/pre-pay

WHO WOULD BE INTERESTED??

EXAMPLE:
1. Individual meals - 4/23 mac bowls (lunch only)
4/30 rice bowls (lunch only)
5/1 Oxtail cornbread bowls (lunch/dinner)
2. Family meals -
*choice of protein (meatloaf, chicken curry bites)
*choice of carb (mashed potatoes, coconut rice)
*choice of veggie (garlic butter corn, broccoli)

I would put out a monthly schedule with meal choices of the week. Pre-pay option only!
