🌟 Happy Father's Day! 🌟
Today, we want to shine a spotlight on our amazing owner, Alexandre. Not only is he an incredible baker, but he’s also a fantastic dad to his two boys, Marcus and Ethan!
If you’ve visited us early in the morning, you might have spotted little Ethan and big brother Marcus, who rarely miss the chance to stop by and say hi, giving Daddy a kiss before heading off to school. Chef Alex is often tucked away in the back, busy making, baking, rolling, and lending a hand to our team, ensuring everything is ready to go every day, usually starting his shift in the early hours while the rest of us are still asleep.
But today, we’re bringing him to the front! Chef Alex balances his baking passion with fatherhood beautifully. After starting his day at 3 AM and squeezing in a quick 30-minute nap, he still finds time to pick up the kids from school, prepare dinner, and cherish moments with his family.
So here’s to you, Papa Alex! You may be known for your baking, but we know you’re an even better dad.
