Located on 7.5 acres and overlooking the Sandy River Gorge, the Fireside Retreat Center is a large home offering 7000 square feet of living space. This lovely home has been converted for your group’s usage. The retreat center creates a friendly atmosphere while providing necessary space and privacy for Family, friends, and professionals. We suggest several months advance reservations to ensure the dates you desire. The fireside retreat center is open all year round. Enjoy invigorating summertime and wintertime activities. Reawaken your soul at our beautiful Falls, or utilize local guides to help ignite your spirit on the Sandy River with a rafting, canoeing, and inner tubing adventures. Hike the timberline or BLM’s over 80 acres of undeveloped natural lands. Resurrect the winter adventurer in you with skiing, snowboarding, and tubing!

Dining Room
The dining room, which adjoins the lounge through sliding glass doors, doubles as a meeting. Enjoy a scenic view of the Cascade Foothills and the Sandy River Gorge through the glassed in dining room. If you prefer, walk out onto the open air deck to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.
Kitchen
Food Preparation Service is available to make your stay at this Northwest Oregon Retreat Center even more enjoyable and relaxing. If you prefer preparing your own meals, the well equipped kitchen is clean and caterer friendly.
Bedrooms
Dormitory style sleeping accommodations furnished with bunk bed units using innerspring mattresses are located on both levels. The three rooms upstairs sleeps 22, downstairs another four rooms will sleep 21 more! Thus a total of 43 beds are provided. You may bring your own bedding & towels or rent them from Fireside.
Activity Rooms
A variety of indoor and outdoor activities are available including the ever popular air hockey. The lower level recreation room provides table tennis, a pool table, indoor basketball and a fireplace. The upper level recreation room provides air hockey and foosball. Outside, there is a sand base volleyball court, a fire ring, and space for Frisbee or croquet. An excellent hiking trail (1.5 miles) travels off the property down to the Sandy River. Go ahead and fish (don't forget your fishing license!), swim, or relax on the shoreline.

A Place of Hope
As recipients of God’s abounding grace in our own lives, we are blessed to offer a place for renewal, revival, fellowship, and hope to all those who sojourn with us.
We believe that on the Cross of Christ God did for mankind what we could never do for ourselves by paying a sin debt that we could never pay (cf. Romans 3:23). We believe that salvation is by faith alone in Jesus Christ, triggered by the Holy Spirits work on our heart bringing the conviction of our sins, illuminated in the Gospels, and made possible when our human wills stop trusting ourselves and place our faith and trust in Him and His finished work on the cross.
We are thankful God did not give us what we deserve when we came to Him, but in an act of unconditional love chose to have mercy on us and in an act of remarkable grace did for us what we could never do for ourselves.
Whoever you may be, we look forward to seeing you and sharing the special gift that we’ve been given, the gift of life in Christ.
