Room blocks are a great way to let guests know which hotel is most convenient to your venue, to get them staying in the same place, and even to secure discounted rates if you reserve enough rooms. Some do require you to use a certain percentage of the rooms or pay for unused rooms so make sure the clause in your contract states that rooms can be released by a certain date so you are not responsible for paying,

Why you need a "Wedding Day Coordinator. "I had chosen beef tenderloin, but never saw them and none of my guests have confirmed they had them either. Instead we had vegetable rolls. Our chair cushions were changed to a navy blue instead of royal blue, which was disappointing. The cake was great, except they added a black ribbon around the layers. The linens were the only vendor who provided what we requested. One of our bars closed 30 minutes early and was rude to my guests. Thankfully the other bartender stayed open and was respectful to my guests. My only suggestion to all brides is to be sure of what you want, double and triple check all your quotes/invoices, and make sure you are given what you ask for." Review on The Knot
