What began at the Coos Bay Commercial Kitchen and pop-up booths at the Coos Bay Farmers Market has evolved into one of the most exciting culinary stories on Oregon’s South Coast. After launching popular holiday drop-off meals, Chef-Mycologist Anton Keys and his team are setting their sights on a brick-and-mortar location in 2026!
