As we celebrate our 9th anniversary this month, we're reminded of the journey we've taken to become the premier event venue - Bristol Event Center. We've made significant investments in our facilities, including the addition of lovely bathrooms and a kitchen prep station. Over the years, we've had the pleasure of hosting numerous events, such as weddings, memorials, proms, fundraisers, quinceañeras, milestone celebrations, birthdays and even a flea market. We're proud of the relationships we've built with our clients and value the trust they've placed in us. Big things are happening for this growing food venture, and we’re thrilled to have them join the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce!

What began at the Coos Bay Commercial Kitchen and pop-up booths at the Coos Bay Farmers Market has evolved into one of the most exciting culinary stories on Oregon’s South Coast. After launching popular holiday drop-off meals, Chef-Mycologist Anton Keys and his team are setting their sights on a brick-and-mortar location in 2026!
