I will be working on the vendor map this weekend and will post after I meet with the City. We will only setup the morning of. This will give me time to get booths marked with pink flags. Setup will begin at 6am till 9am time slots. All vendors will need to be setup by 9:30am. Please let me know in comments of your preferred time to setup. As soon as you unload we will have vendors parking for you to move your car to. This worked out well for the Smores Festival.

We will have to change the date of the Spring Market to March 21, 2026. The hello spring market is the 28th at the fairgrounds. I tried to make sure none of mine are on the same day as that would hurt attendance and vendors. This is becoming difficult to do because the fairgrounds is over run with events. I am trying to do what's best for vendors and our events.
Please let me know if any events are set for the 21 in this area. If you have already applied please let me know if the 21st will work for you. I can move payment to another event or refund you. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
