We’ve survived a year, folks! We’re grateful for everyone that helped us get started initially and so thankful to have so many great regular guests now that help keep us in business.
And I’m very thankful to have such a great crew…
Stephen Anderson, Adam, Connor, Katelyn Lowery, Haylie Murphy, Victoria and Paige LaRue are all amazing and I’m very happy to have them. Wurm and both Emmas also 🙂 (miss you, Wombat).

And even though she isn’t in the restaurant often, I certainly couldn’t be doing what I’m doing without my wife, Natasha Strong. Most of her work is behind the scenes… the unsung hero. Thank you, honey!

We’ll have our normal Friday menu tomorrow. Come see us for Fried Catfish, Smoked Wings and BBQ Pork Chops. Strawberry Cobbler for dessert!

Cabbage and Potatoes, Collard Greens, Pinto Beams, Corn Casserole, Slaw and Okra.
