Strong Kitchen and Catering We’re a very small, simple, southern traditional, “meat and three” type restaurant. My name is Dale Strong.

Biscuits from scratch, self serve salad bar, hot bar breakfasts and lunches and great homemade desserts. We also cater almost any event.
168 W Broad, Cookeville, TN I’ve spent half my life in the restaurant business… dishwasher, prep and line cook, kitchen manager and now general manager. I realized years ago that I enjoyed cooking and serving outside the restaurant even more. I love cooking my

own food and serving it in different environments to different people and watching those smiling faces come back for seconds. From taco bars to Italian cuisine, from weddings to business or school functions and anything in between.

1. We now offer mozzarella sticks! As always we value quality over the cheapest available option and these are no different! You get 3 EXTRA large sticks for $4.95. Served with marinara sauce 🤯

2. We now have pickles as an option to add to your burger. Prices have not changed, on our burger or combo meals and we don't put them on unless you request them but let me tell you. The feedback has been amazing with this addition and I would agree, it takes our burgers to the next level 💯😎
