Catering for large & small events. I’ve served food in beautiful wedding venues & barns in the middle of nowhere. My name is Dale Strong.

From roasted pork loin & hashbrown casserole to a low country boil or upscale hors d’oeuvres. I’ve spent half my life in the restaurant business… dishwasher, prep and line cook, kitchen manager and now general manager. I realized years ago that I enjoyed cooking and serving outside the restaurant even more. I love cooking my own food and serving it in different environments to different people and

watching those smiling faces come back for seconds. From taco bars to Italian cuisine, from weddings to business or school functions and anything in between.

We catered a Quinceañera at the Leslie Town Centre in Cookeville last weekend. It was a beautiful party (congratulations to the birthday girl!) and I think the food turned out great.

Cooked a nice meal yesterday for the CRMC Foundation. Pulled pork sliders, mac n cheese, hashbrown casserole, green beans, deviled eggs…. Oh and banana pudding, pecan pies and fudge pies 😍

We did a proper Italian tasting a couple nights ago to nail down a menu for an upcoming party.
Love cooking this type of food. And it’s all so pretty.

Fudge pie, pecan pie, chocolate pecan pie, chocolate meringue, lemon meringue, peach cobbler or mixed berry cobbler.
Pick up in Cookeville or delivery to Celina will be an option also.

Didn’t book the wedding this weekend, but we did book the wedding rehearsal.
Another new venue for us… Acres of Grace Farms. It was a bit of a drive into the depths of Clay County 🙂 but well worth the trip.

We did our first breakfast Wedding on Friday, and at a new venue for us also….Lane’s Bend. Everything was perfect and the wedding was beautiful. Cooking outdoors is so satisfying. And you Gotta love breakfast for supper 😍

Oh, that pork 👌🏻
This was our second trip to The Farm at Eastport Marina. Beautiful venue, beautiful wedding. We cooked some of our staples and added a full salad bar also.

We cater anywhere in case you didn’t know. 😁 in this case it was in the middle of a hayfield. My kind of folks.
I didn’t get any good food pics which the wife fussed about lol but it turned out great.
Meatloaf, pot roast, grilled chicken thighs, hashbrown casserole, green beans and grilled veggies.

We catered a wedding rehearsal last night at River Cliff. A few different sliders, mac & cheese, grilled veggies, hash brown casserole.
And those desserts 😍

We catered another beautiful wedding this past weekend at Macedonia Meadows. A little simpler menu than normal for us, but I think it turned out great.
