If you’ve ever planned an event with me, you already know…

I’m not just the planner.

I’m:
– The chef with the snacks
– The handyman with the toolbox
– The nurse with the first aid kit
– And occasionally…the therapist

Somewhere along the way, “boots on the ground” turned into “the one who fixes it before anyone else even notices it’s broken.”

And here’s the kicker…It’s my FAVORITE role.

That’s the person you trust when it actually matters.

Last week, I had the honor of producing the Texas Masonry Council Hall of Fame at none other than the iconic Alamo - and WOW… what a night to remember.

But let’s be real… events like this don’t just magically happen (although we make it look that way 😉). It takes a vendor team that shows up, shows out, and handles their business like absolute pros.

🎧 Texas Pro Audio Rentals - The real MVP behind the mic. From the video wall to perfectly timed cues and transitions, they ran that show like a well-oiled machine. Flawless ex*****on.

Events like this don’t just happen, they are built by passionate people who care deeply about the experience, the story, and the impact.

Already dreaming about next year… bigger, bolder, and just a little more extra.

🎨 Calling All Muralists

Our Leadership Montgomery County – Class of 2026 is working on a community project with Child Advocates of Montgomery County, and we are looking to collaborate with a talented local muralist to help bring a meaningful space to life.

This project will involve creating a mural designed to bring hope, encouragement, and positive energy into a space that serves children and families in our community. It’s an opportunity to create something lasting that will truly impact the people who walk through these doors.

We would love to partner with a muralist who is passionate about community, storytelling through art, and creating something powerful with purpose.

On Saturday night, I had the honor of supporting one of the most incredible organizations in our community - Child Advocates of Montgomery County - at their annual gala.

Hearing Ann Marie Ronsman speak is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Her heart, her passion, and her unwavering commitment to protecting and advocating for our children is something truly special. There is simply no better person to lead that mission.

Chapa and the INCREDIBLE team , CONGRATULATIONS! To the amazing team of volunteers, .loren.tapping and her wonderful staff at , thank you for helping create such a wonderful evening. It truly takes an army of dedicated people working behind the scenes to make nights like this happen. .lauren that room was STUNNING with your linens and rentals 💙

And to all of the vendors who showed up and showed out - it is always a pleasure to work alongside such talented professionals.

A wildly successful evening for a wildly important cause.

Last night was pure magic. ✨

The amazing team at the pavilion really knows how to party!! Thank you for trusting us, collaborating hard, and executing at the highest level. It takes a village to produce something of this scale, and this record breaking night was one for the books.🩷❤️♥️

the food was SPOT ON, as always!!
those linens were absolute perfection. The room felt rich, layered, and intentional.
the props, the centerpieces, the unexpected details… you don’t just decorate a space, you transform it!
that Little White Chapel was EVERYTHING!
And to our guests — none of this exists without you. Your energy, your generosity, your presence. That’s what makes the night come alive.

Having Ba*****ed Ladies take the stage was an unforgettable moment 🎸💥 and one I’ll never forget.

But my favorite part? Looking out and seeing so many familiar faces in one room. Friends. Partners. Community.

This is why I do what I do.
