Job Title: Part-Time Sales, Marketing & Events Manager
Are you a dynamic, people-loving professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for a Part-Time Sales, Marketing & Events Manager to join our team and help create unforgettable celebrations.
What You’ll Do:
Guide prospective clients in the wedding and events field from tour to booking
Manage and track leads using a CRM system
Host venue tours (afternoons, evenings, and some weekends required)
Oversee event-day ex*****on: set up, staff coordination, client communication, and ensuring flawless event flow
Work long event days (14–17 hours) when needed, staying composed and attentive throughout
Jump in wherever needed, whether it’s assisting with bar service, removing trash, or working with attendants to keep spaces clean and polished
Maintain grace, professionalism, and positivity, even during emotionally charged moments
Manage the company's social media profiles with unique and thoughtful posts to show couples the amazing experience they can expect at Grand Pines Reserve.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in in-person sales, CRM platforms, venue management, and event management
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask under pressure while keeping a calm, client-focused demeanor
Comfort working in environments where liquor is served
A true team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
Someone who loves working with couples, corporate clients, and vendors to bring big visions to life
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred. Experience in the industry will be considered.
Compensation:
Hourly base pay
Commission on sales
Tip share on event days
