Alot of y’all DIDN’T know, but oh yessir! Chef De’Andrae gets down on that Pit too 🥵💨!

It’s more than just all of the Food you see Cooked, & Desserts created. We literally can do it all 🤭. I just hate Grilling in the Summer because it’s so Hot, so I’d rather Buy it from someone else!

But yes, we can get down with the best of them! We like our Ribs to have a nice Sauce glaze on them, but not overpower the Rib Rub itself. We also hate BURNT/Salty Ribs ❌. And we don’t like the Meat to fall off the Bone. There needs to still be a nice Tug on them with your Teeth, but good and Tender! These are PRESSURE! On the next Dirty Potato, we’re thinking of doing some of our Grilled Proteins so y’all can see how we’re coming on that Pit.

Today were those Double Bacon Cheeseburgers 🍔🥵. With one lb. of GrassFed Beef. Seasoned correctly! And those Beer Battered Onion Rangs. Grubbin On Cloud9 Sunday-Funday! This is how we did it for our Customers today!

𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐣𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐭, 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧, & 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 ❤️‍🔥❗️All Meats were Smoked for that real Smoked Flavor! We then Smoked all the Cheeses, and added our Extras in there! One thing you don’t have to EVER worry about with Grubbin On Cloud9 is if your Fried items are done in Fresh Grease or not!

That’s a MUST from us! We don’t want our own Fried Food fried in old, reused Grease, so we would never slack on you all, our Customers. You don’t have to worry about your Stomach hurting because your stuff was Fried in old/nasty Grease 🤢. Chef is very a**l about that. We don’t care if our Aprons are full of Grease. As long as you all, our Customers items are done FRESH, we’re all good.

From: Fried Fish, Shrimp, Boudin Balls, Eggrolls, Chicken, Beignets, etc. Anything Fried, it’s gonna always be fresh!
