Mackenzie Hemphill This is NOT the way we do things. We know and understand how special one's wedding day is and we always want to contribute to great memories, not create bad ones. We cannot change the happenings of yesterday. We can provide a reason, not an excuse but a reason. We're human, not a perfect machine, and a mistake was made. We have had a lot of medical issues with surgeries this summer that had us away from the business much of the time and it was not on our calendar for whatever reason. We should have been more aware of what was going on but when you are in pain not much else is in the mind. I would do anything to change what happened. We will be reaching out to the bride/groom directly and will be issuing a full refund of monies paid.
