Good morning Concord! I’m hustling into work today to cook off a fresh batch of my delicious biscuits in time for breakfast. I’ll also be frying up buckets of crispy buttermilk marinated Picnic Chicken to go in the cooler next to the Maryland Crab Cakes. While everything these days seems to cost too much… you can get either one for only $12 bucks!! 😋

Goooood morning and happy Friday everyone! I’m loading the coolers with some terrific treats to keep your families well fed and happy this weekend! I’ve made an absolutely addictive Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad! It’s packed with bacon and bleu cheese and is in my humble opinion-
TEN OUT OF TEN!! 🔟 😋

I’ll be frying picnic chicken too. Those will be ready later this morning and all day tomorrow!

I’m working on having some smoked brisket by the lb available for you this weekend. Last, but not least, I’ve got new “Kitchen Sink” cookies! Ok y’all I am beat!! I’ve done the hard labor preparing for four catering events this weekend while at the same time… prepping great stuff for your Labor Day parties! I’ve got a tasty fresh corn & black bean salad, pasta salad, potato salad, and even some chicken pies. I’ll be assembling banana pudding in the morning! See ya tomorrow!
