Hey Concord WIN SOME FOOD! Let’s have a BALL!! I’m running an Italian Food Takeover this FRIDAY and I’m hustlin’ to get ready! As a way to have some fun I’m going to be running another TOP 5 80’s Music contest and will be giving away a Tray of Lasagna or Baked Ziti w/ Homemade Meatballs to the winner!! To get into the spirit of my Italian themed pop up I treated my family to a full charcuterie spread! I made the first of many many many meatballs, broiled eggplant, stuffed mushrooms, homemade crostini, roasted sprouts, local cheeses, and more! I even put together a gigantic caramelized peach upside down cake! I’m useless as a baker but I gotta say… this 🍑 cake was fire!!! I’ll see what I can do to make these for sale soon!!

What’s good Concord?!? Next Friday is gonna be a ton of fun! I’m going to be running an popup Italian Takeover at the shop!! There will be slammin’ Take & Bake trays of lasagna, baked ziti with homemade meatballs, tiramisu, and lots more!!
