I been making dinner rolls like crazy!! I finally got my recipe down for homemade rolls!! I can make all my favorite things!!! Now I have to perfect Hawaiian rolls and Jermaine Terry Markquan Jenkins Dorrion Matthews and Isaiah Terry will never be eating store bought rolls again at home!! (Unless I don’t feel like making them)!!

Fresh Dutch oven bread!!
3cups AP flour
1/2 TBS of instant dry yeast
1/2 TBS salt
1 1/2 cups water(105* F)
40degree C
1. In a large mixing bowl Whisk all dry ingredients together.
2. Add water and stir until well combined (do not knead)
3. Cover and refrigerate for 2hr-overnight
4. Preheat oven to 450degrees F(230 degrees C)
5. Place covered Dutch oven in the oven to preheat for 30 minutes
6. Pour dough out onto a lightly floured parchment paper and quickly form into a ball.
7. Place into the Dutch oven and baked covered for 30 minutes.
8. Remove cover and bake additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top.
9. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Serve warm!

Greyhound Bus service sucks real bad for the experience I just had. They canceled my bus yesterday forcing the passengers to stay over night where we were and then they don’t offer refunds or inconvenience pay. They feel like since they changed the ticket for the next days bus that is sufficient compensation. Like wtf where is the customer service in that. 🤬🤬🤬
