I wanted some lamb chops sooooo bad!!!! I used the sous vide method then pan fried them with butter, thyme and garlic. I made some balsamic and Parmesan brussel sprouts and some@creamy garlic noodles. And that was a winner winner lamb chop dinner…..

Despite almost catching my mom and dad’s camper on fire with this deep fryer we got it done… and it was a success. Everyone loved everything and that makes my heart smile…. It was worth the war wounds and faulty deep fryer

Yesterday was beautiful on the waterfront… Tootie celebrated her 51st birthday with a menu of Charcuterie and Caprese as her apps, and for the entrees there was Jambalaya Pasta, Arugula salad dressed in a delicious lemon honey vinaigrette, and ribeye steak, baked potatoes w/cajun butter, and lemon garlic roasted asparagus. Everything was delicious!!! Thank you Toot for having me!
