Nestled amongst 88 acres of peaceful farmland, The Venue at Grant Hill Farms is the perfect place for your wedding or event! Location:
Our farm is conveniently located just 12 miles from I-85 and the Tanger Outlet Center off Neese-Commerce Rd in Commerce. Main Building:
Our 6,000 square foot main building will include a spacious bridal suite complete with make-up counters and private res

troom, a grooms suite with a lounge area, a fully equipped caterers prep kitchen with all the conveniences any caterer may need to warm and plate food, prep area for a florists, spacious loft on the upper level that can be used for lounging or a bar area, an open concept banquet hall that can accommodate up to 225 guests for a sit down dinner with plenty of room for your dance floor and DJ, and a covered outdoor patio that can be used for cocktail hour or simply to enjoy the beautiful farm views. Grounds:
The grounds at Grant Hill Farm include a 5,000 square foot open air barn that can be used for rehearsal dinners, ceremonies if cover is desired, or as part of your reception. Our main outdoor ceremony site with fixed arbor takes advantage of the peaceful rolling hills. Weddings and Events:
All of our wedding and event packages include tables, chairs, linens, overlays, place settings, and stemware for up to 225 guests as well as access to an array of décor items ranging from chalkboards and easels to vases and lanterns to use to stage the perfect day for your special event.
